this one is on the fighter the judge asked him 3x and he did not respond as the fighter you have to respond his right hand was defending but his left hand could have thrown a thumbs up

Why did they rule it NC? It sounds like this man won by some form of submission or tko, the ref called the fight, and the judges were like, "I dunno?" I trust Dana will solve this. He's shown good judgement in situations such as these.

@douglas.abramski it was ruled a NC because trey had Motta In choke the ref asked 3x was he ok Motta didn't respond the ref stopped the fight and Motta wasn't sleep and protested immediately so the fight was called a NC also trey was dominating the fight

I'm assuming you guys are from America, so if one of your parlay picks is a draw/NC that loses you the bet? Here in Australia if it's a draw/NC on parlays it counts as a win on the parlay and it continues.

it was a good stoppage because the ref didn't know if he was out or still fighting the choke. The fighter didn't give any sort of signal to the ref that he was OK. Trey should and will get his win bonus. Motta should've signaled the ref. I think this will be changed to win and not a No Contest.

If you believe he was fine in the choke then the fight is still live and he has every chance to get out of the choke and knock Trey out. If you believe it was a bad stoppage then a no contest is the only fair result.

UFC has terrible refs. Early stoppages all the time. Bring Yamasaki back.
