Serra over GSP, Bisping over Luke, and Pena over Nunes are bigger IMO. But yes, it's up there. I'll be very surprised if Sean pulls it off in any fashion.

Sean is really underestimated in his division and in the UFC as a whole, but he has great boxing, good defence, sharp on the ground, and can fight anyone at any time, anywhere. That being said, Izzy will put on a masterclass beating with his painted fingernails.
