There are plenty of great coaches who also deserve an episode like this: Firas Zahabi, Greg Jackson, Eric Nicksick, Dewey Cooper, Javier Mendes, Master Rafael/Chute Box & Kings MMA, Duke Roufus, Ray Longo, Trevor Whitman, Eric Albarracin, Matt Hume, Pavel Fedotov, Etc.

Henri Hoofts roots are in Mejiro Gyms Kickboxing. One of the oldest and prestigious Kickboxing Gyms of the world. You can see legends like Andre Mannaart, Peter Aerts and Rob Kaman in the beginning of this video. The story behind this gym is very interesting and fascinating. Watching the striking of his fighters you can see the distinct Mejiro style with a few new twists from him.

He left because he wasn't getting enough personal attention which he felt he needed later on in his career. The team is massive, It's around 70 guys and it's ran like a team. Guys who have fought are going to stay later to get extra mint work and other stuff like that. But from what I heard, Usman wanted more personal attention and a lot of his teammates were in his division, mainly Burns, so there was a nervousness with that too.
