Would be insane if anyone could actually prove that because that would be insanely illegal. Idk if Dana is risking that kind of time tbh don't think it would be worth it especially considering Paddy's relatively low skill level - he is not even close to championship level and Dana prob knows that so it's not realistic that he will become champ anytime soon.

Whatever he spends to better his health and the health of whoever is open minded it’s worth a lot! When we have a system that is trying to destroy your health from all angles sometimes it takes someone famous to make an impact. The majority of doctors, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies don’t have your best interests in mind.

the key to health is easy, the hard part is the cost, time required to prepare and the discipline. walking, running a few times a week, eating veggies, fruits, healthy fats, protein staying away from overly processed foods like fast food and canned food, lab made sugar. figure out how much calorie intake it takes for you to maintain your regular weight and if you want to lose weight then eat less calories, if you want to gain weight then eat more calories. drink about 70 oz of water and get 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night.

He said he switched to healthy fats, AKA you don't need to pay $100k you just need to do Keto diet. Dr Eric Berg has a healthy keto diet on KZread I highly recommend. All of these issues really stem from sugars and carbs, they are causing heart disease, heart attacks, high blood pressue, kidney issues and clogged arteries. I'm italian and I'm literally the king of carbs (Sometimes I eat 400+ grams of carbs in a single meal and over 1,000 g of carbs daily) I eat pasta twice a day and plenty of bread with every meal, I've had terrible pain in my throat, Kidneys and liver, sharp heart pain and very high blood pressure as well as just 30 years old... I switched to keto diet and all of these problems went away, it saved my life. Hope this can help someone as well.

I really like the idea of taking one's health into their own hands and looking at it all on paper. In Canada our healthcare system is a joke. Doctors will not send patients for extensive blood work like this. You need to pay naturopaths to get this type of work done. Doctors are basically gatekeepers of your medical information, which means they control what tests get done, what information is important, etc. Don't put your health in their hands because they don't care about it unless you're dying. This looks like a good program and Dana is right. Stick with your doctor and see how that goes for you! I'd be interested in the blood testing but would likely have to travel to the US to get it done it looks like (after checking the website out)
