@The Senate cejudo lost the same amount of fights as cruz did before their fight. Cruz was 22-2. Cejudo was 15-2 I believe. Numbers do not matter. Fedor lost to werdum and bader. Anderson silva lost to chris weidman....twice. randy couture lost to Lesnar and others that'll always be overshadowed by him. Gsp lost to Matt Serra that one time. Remember that? According to your logic all these guys that beat one of these legends is potentially the goat of that division.

Cant believe its already been 7 years...epic UFC moment. I had just graduated college and was depressed searching for a new job. Seeing Cruz return to take the title def lifted my spirits!!

I really think this was one of the most underrated fights ever. It only got a fight night event but the way these two guys fought and the long comeback just made for one of the most intriguing fights I’ve ever watched.

@Shaun Richards Bro I said kinda sucks, not he's complete dogshit in some fights that he commentates yes i agree that he does a very good job of analyzing and commentating on whats happening in the fights but in other fights his commentary is not that good an example is namajunas vs andrade when he said "No Andrade cant lift her, she cant do it" And what did jessica Andrade do she picked up Rose and Slammed her dead.

Watching this live 5 rows away was dope as fuck. Seeing how fast these two are in person is something else

***** I actually do agree that Cruz is a terrible match-up for Faber now BUT he is number 3 now and it is his right to get the title shot. Who would Cruz fight if TJ fight Faber? Cruz should only fight one of these 2 guys. It would be a shame to see Faber go out without ever winning a UFC title. The man only lost 1 non title fight. The number 2 guy did beat Faber twice yes but he had his shot and blew it. It is Faber's turn if not TJ is getting a rematch which he should not.

Trey Bens That's for sure but don't see it happening. Demetrious seems happy where he is at now, do not think he will ever take the risk of losing it all. The kid has 8 defences now and no losses since he dropped weight. Why ruin this, he is only 2 defenses away from the spider.
