I really like the way he carries himself. There seems to be almost 0 ego going into his fights/ training camps, and he just wants to put on a show, prove how fight intelligent he is, and has gotten. He's someone who comes across like he just has genuine belief in himself, and no aspect of it feels forced or phony. The way he talks is something that is interesting about him too- more specifically, the TONE of his voice. It never raises in octaves, he never really "sings" when he talks he just lays everything out on the table in a calm, efficient manner. Not to be corny, but it's almost serial killer-like the way he speaks 😂 Dominick will always be favorite.

This is such a high quality fight, I give dillashaw the edge, his performance against barao is the best UFC performance I've ever seen

No, it only provides resistance on the way up. It's for explosiveness. Like jump squats without having to worry about the extra impact on your body when you land (and why Cruz is using it after his injury). I've been looking for one and I've yet to find it at any gym

Robert Mercer It provides resistance from above the shoulders downwards!It's for squats.I have been around gyms,I saw those and alternatives.Ask anybody,show them that video,they will tell you it's squats.Weight comes from above(where machine rests on your shoulders and it presses downwards so you got to lift up).Sheer position of the hand,way he grips the machine suggests squats. Also you can adjust weight to your preference so some will do it slower or faster than others.
