A career is not a period of 5 years. Lets make that number 1 in your errors. Number 2, when a bone breaks in a human body it mends stronger then it was before. This is a biological fact. Number 3 Anderson himself has always stated that the leg break never caused him any hinderance to his fighting. You mention that Anderson had a handicap in the Bisping fight. You forget Bisping had the use of one eye. You also fail to recognize that after the Bisping fight, Anderson went the difference with arguably the greatest male 8 point striker the UFC has ever seen. Adesanya. I say male because there is a more decorated female striker in the UFC. If you was to research Bisping instead of tying his career to the 5 years that Silva dominated in the UFC you would see that Bisping’s career was not mediocre at all. If you was to except that a career is not the 5 year of your personal choosing. You would see that Bisping was the champion in cage rage at the same time that Anderson was in cage rage. You would also except that bisping has far more silverware then most of the fighters that have ever been in the UFC.

Silva wasn't in his prime in the Weidman fight. Nobody at 38 years old is in their prime. A persons physical prime is between 25-35. To be a little more exact, 27-32. All of Andersons fights after he was 35 years old were fights after his prime. That is one reason he is considered one of the if not the greatest ever.

I agree with you. Technically, nobody has better striking technique but he would still get demolished in a stand up fight against any top 5 guy at middleweight nowadays. He's 40 years old. He snapped his shin in half and didn't train for like a year after that. Watch his last fight. He was moving like an old man, even on the roids.. Him five years younger could literally dance around himself now with his eyes closed. I would have to say Rockhold is the 2nd best striker to ever fight at 185 in the ufc. Prime silva vs current Rockhold would be a badass stand up fight. Anderson would probably catch him and drop him. Current silva vs current Rockhold? Rockhold question mark kicks silvas head off his shoulders with ease. If bisping wins this, don't be surprised.
