I respect the fact that he isn’t leaning on an interpreter and has enough respect to take questions in English and answer in English because he knows who the audience is. Is he a linguist? No. Most aren’t. But there’s many international fighters who don’t even bother approaching the English language.

As much as I respect Poatan & am a huge fan of him, I have to say that this fight could go 50-50. These 2 are true warriors. The intensity of these 2 being face to face in the octagon or anywhere, is on just another level. No fighters in the current roster of the UFC have this much aura. Although, I will admit that Max vs Ilia fight could be on a somewhat similar level.

He looks ready. you can tell he is hyped to fight on Saturday. Jiri is the man!

Jiri exudes a youthful, healthy aura this time. I'm rooting for Alex, but I can't shake the gut feeling that an upset is on the cards.
