gaethje is one of those fighter that becomes more dangerous the more you hit him... so many of his fights he gets rocked right before he knocks them out. He loves the phone booth style fighting
I'm going to remember this fight longer than Justin will remember his name. I thank him for his body of work

Gathje looked like he was going to get KO'd about 4 times. He's got that Michael Meyers stamina.

Probably one of the most impactful debuts I've seen in a while
Gaethje's ability to recover is crazy. Michael Johnson was never the same after this fight. And boy! Do I miss Brian Stann calling fights! Cruz, Cormier, and Felder don't hold a candle to this guy. Not even close.

Hopefully we see his technical side vs Fiziev because Rafa is a MONSTER. Let’s see the Gaejche we saw vs Tony. That was a calm, patient Justin who picked his shots well. Better yet, I’d like to see him FINALLY put that D1 wrestling to good use for once!

@@papadiamond5925 pretty common, actually. Romero and Chandler come to mind. Both beasts in the wrestling department but completely abandoned it and decided that they were all of a sudden K1 level kickboxers (minus the high level skill and timing)

He's not a monster. He gassed pretty bad in his last fight and his output wasn't impressive at all. The further up the ranks he goes, the worse he's going to look. I don't see him touching a belt.
