I am a retired psychologist and wish to share that no matter what happened to you by a sick person it does not define who you are in your heart and soul. Clearly you Kayla are acting on this truth in your life. Congratulations. I also have a Nidan in judo and I loved every minute for so many years of this discipline. Confidence and loving yourself is the key.
