One of the greatest & most honorable fighters to put on the gloves. Thank you Robbie.
What a run, I would be lying if I said I didn’t tear up watching him talk after the fight. He’s humble in victory and defeat, he embodies everything mma fans love. He goes in and tries to finish every fight. Thanks for all the memories Robbie, enjoy retirement.

Robbie Lawler is a LEGENDARY NAME in fighting. We will not forget this man even 100 years from now just like Jack Dempsey. When Robbie came to fight, he was always a MONSTER. God bless.

I really hope the UFC gives Robbie a well paid position as an MMA ambassador, coach, PR, anything that’s a good fit. Before the company got sold, they did it for Liddell and Hughes. Robbie would be great for the next generation of talent that comes in.

Never a better competitor, never a better person
These days i dont believe any fighter when they say they are retiring. Seems like a few weeks/months after all of them end up in bare knuckle or something. I hope Robbie truly retires with this win and wish him the best. What a legend. I will always remember him going after Johnny Hendricks in the final seconds of the fight like a madman.
You can tell Dana respected the shit out of Robbie. I just wish Frankie had been given a similar fight to go out on not a potential contender.
