My all time favorite MMA fighter! Such a shame injuries had such an affect on his career, once he joined the UFC. He did look absolutely incredible on his run from UFC 97 to UFC 113. I'm glad he's being inducted into the HoF! This had me teary eyed. The chant at the end. Amazing video!

Well done Shogun, one of the greatest 205ers ever, a true pioneer of the sport conquering everything in Pride before 25 and then becoming the UFC undisputed champion. Injures ruined his late years, like they did with Cain, but his historic achievements will remain forever.

The reason I became a fan of MMA was because I accidentally ordered PRIDE in 2005 and saw Shogun win the tournament. I wish they had expanded on that!
