This guy.... it would be a privilage to train with him. His style is what I think about when someone says martial arts.

If he does that, it's not going to make for a very good fight if it goes passed a few minutes. He needs to move for cardio sake. But he probably should just be straight running at this point. Pretty hard to get hurt that way. He can't be in bubble wrap exactly until the fight.

I can't believe it's been a year

I don't necessarily hate him but I really don't like him either. He just gives off this feeling that I want to hate him. I guess he's entertaining but I just see him as a show off right now and I hope Gilbert wins. Pettis didn't win me over yet. I was a Benson Henderson fan anyways, and I wasn't butt hurt by Pettis beating him at all but, I've only seen about 3 fights of his and he doesn't impress me. If you did, try and remember the scene when Conor walked into the dressing room, then try to recall Pettis's face and his unwelcoming non-verbals he displayed toward Conor. A true professional that respects another professional of any sport probably would've stood up and acknowledged that visiting professional's presence and willingness to pay a motivational visit to one of his fighters. Conor even commented on the coldness and uncomfortable vibe he felt in that dressing room. I guarantee that most of it was generated by Pettis's tone that he set for the fighters,
