Agreed, Stittgen was actually out before he even hit the floor. He just fell on top of his right arm with all his body weight and let his head hit the floor. Ellenberger got clipped hard, but he wasn't out cold.

2:40 should probably go down as one of the best ufc knockouts in history. Snuck that kick in like it came from the shadow realm. This guy’s ability to control distance and use his kicks to his advantage is amazing. He slipped that hand perfectly with a back step and Boink goodnight.

You can see the regret on his face when Mario realizes that he wasn't dead.

Late stoppages can result in permanent damage and serious injury, so no wonder Yamasaki gets all the hate he does.

I will not be happy until wonderboy gets the belt. This man is the classiest sportsmen i've ever seen and arguably the best/most entertaining standup fighter there is. He deserves everything he gets, and is a role model for everyone. PS. I also think wonderboy v adesanya would be an excellent matchup

I love how gentle the refs are with Thompson once they stop the fight, you can tell that they know how nice of a guy he is, and the fact that they don’t need to body slam Thompson cause he’s clearly out there to compete and not hurt anyone in a long term way

I love number 4 when he might have accidentally kicked him in the balls and made sure he was alright before he finished him 1:02 he's such a honorable dude.

That was just because he realised he was too close. Thompson is as respectful as they come but he does not take chances when it comes to fighters who look like they're hurt (and rightfully so), he would have gone for that headkick if the range was right.

Thomson is a prime example of a textbook fighter; executing clean strikes that are graceful yet deadly.

3:04 I just watched it with 0.25 speed and it's really nice how the moment he starts dodging the overhand or hook, he uses the same movement to start the weight transfer needed to put a lot of power on the kick. I guess a lot of counter attack techniques are based on this concept.

Hurts me seeing whittaker lose like that.

I respect how Wonderboy can be an absolute killer in the Octagon without an ounce of malice. A true artist and professional!

Stephen is a great example of a true fighter. He works hard, is respectful to his opponents and is humble in victory and defeat. Awesome role model

Number 2 is my favorite. Incredible. To be able to throw that combination and to time it perfectly takes incredible skill and focus.

@@judasjunior6503 Exactly. Masvidal is a counter puncher, till is aggressive and keeps his head high. Lots of people saw that KO coming. Thompson schooled Masvidal when they fought. But Yeah, Thompson could finish till if he pushed. Not sure about twood though. He was wise to be scared of the big right. It floored him everytime it connected.

That first clip is great. You can tell he knew his opponent was done, so he hesitated and didn't put any force on follow ups

Classy guy, I hope he wins the championship someday. Rooting for him even though I'm a wrestling/Jiu Jitsu guy, he is just a good humble dude.

Whittaker was compromised by the weight cut to 170. He is a natural middleweight, and he's only gotten better since. Still, great win for Wonderboy.

Thompsom is awesome. He's one of those guys you hate to fight against but love to watch fight. Despite probably never being a longstanding champ, this guy has championship level skill and will have barn-burner fights that are entertainment gold. In some ways this title should go through Thompson because he's just someone that you need to beat to be taken seriously as a contender. And like has been said so many times, what a class act. My favorite kind of fighter.
