Contit looks like any dude, no your typical ufc-fighter. But i hope and wish that he win this. What i seen from him is verry good performans, so far. Surprising punches and movement. And hope he begome the new camp.

@goalpostman exactly bro, during his training camp he probably is a light heavy weight, i mean if you look at him and Rashad Evans and Nate Marquardt, there isnt much difference between the three in terms of size

@MALIRIPPA It's weird, that's one fight I honestly don't know how it would go. GSP would definitely have to consider the reach advantage of Diaz' but if he takes it to the ground, he has to consider Nick's submission game. I'm very interested in what the Jackson camp will come up with in terms of a game-plan and what they'll make him drill in preparation assuming he beats Penn.

I will forever be a BJ fan. Rooting for him all the way !

@Bertram2323 that´s simply not true. Edgar himself stated multiple times that he has to cut about 5 pounds to make 155. sometimes he doesn´t cut anything, but he´s not 145 during training or between fights.

@MexicantGame the Serra and Penn fight he played it to his advantage, he used his size and strength to wear them down and finished them, lets not forget both Serra and Penn natural weight class is lightweight but when he fights guys in his natural weight class the outcome is different

@RespawnV His last run was like 6 years ago and he never got cut he left... He's a completely different and better fighter since his last run. People are underrating Diaz so much going into this fight.

The dislike for St. Pierre, is because this guy trains like he's going to war in 24 hours, he has more overall skill than most fighters in all seven weight classes. But when it comes to fight night.. He fights like he's a rookie with limited skills and doesn't wanna get hurt. That's like telling the fans. "I know u guys keep me employed, but i need to get the W, in the safest way possible"

The thing about Diaz. I thought this myself. He talks a lot of shit. But when its time to fight, he delivers.

For a slow year in MMA / UFC.. They sure loaded up the last coming months. Dos Santos vs Velasquez & Henderson vs Guida, at UFC on FOX Shogun vs Henderson & Wanderlei vs Cung Le, at UFC 139 Mir vs Nog 2 & Machida vs Jones, at UFC 140 Overeem vs Lesnar (not likely to happen)

@TmsPoncho I know, it's just sometimes i hate it when people bash him. GSP is my favorite fighter and i realize he has been sort of lackluster in his last couple of fights and people forget what he has really done in this sport. I find his fights entertaining i just don't see why other people don't you know but its whatever lol. I mean when he put that clinic on Kos that was one of my favorite fights , his fight with Jon Fitch is my absolute favorite. GSP needs and deserves respect!

I love it that at every GSP fights, Dana White comes out and say that GSP's oppenent is not getting enough credit, bla blabla, etc... Yet , every time GSP wins without any harm done to him.

I think Condit has an amazing chance to win this. However, like Joe Rogan has said, GSP is expert at imposing his game plan. He should be able to do that with Condit.. but it will be a unanimous decision for sure if he does win

Agreed, GSP is better when he isn't messing around and not going to knock outs. That's probably why I think Condit stands a chance against GSP... Yes GSP will very much take him down, but Condit will try to submit him or knock him out standing. Should make for a good fight when it happens.

@hoodfigga33 Same I have no idea why Dana White thinks Edgar is p4p 2, but I think its because GSP is a big middleweight while edgar is a small light weight

@gslrider I agree, but Edgar has never been as dominant as GSP against his opponents.

People need to quit yapping about Frankie moving down a weight class. Part of his success at lightweight stems from the fact that he is naturally very fast and it's done wonders for him where he is. Dropping a weight class means running the risk of fight guys who could be closer to his speed if not just as fast. There's the old saying: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I say Frankie is perfectly fine where he is.
