When he was nodding, he was putting himself in the zone.

I really really hope this becomes a permanent fixture for big fights. Loved seeing the contrast between Hendo and Cormier. Hendo eating whatever he wanted while Cormier sweated it out in the sauna, Hendo getting massages while Cormier kept his body active until the very morning of the fight. Very cool.

Sometimes I question the way weigh ins work, but admittedly I don't have a better solution at the moment. It just seems many guys just cut a mass amount of water weight right before and then pack it all right back on before the fight. I understand weight cutting can take a toll, but I know that having a little extra mass on you could be to your advantage as well.

I think Dana just reworded the speech from Rocky 6: "If you know what you're worth then go out and get what you're worth!" hahaha
