Man the DC, Jon Jones rivalry was legendary, I will never forget the face off back in 2014 when they brawled off the stage and brought the fight promotion board down with them, their interviews were also crazy, giving each other threats, iconic rivalry 👏👏👏👏

Because Jon is petty af. DC shows respect and takes the high road then jon opens his mouth. Even in this interview towards the end DC praises him. After the steroid scandal from the second fight DC didn't talk much shit. Made several posts saying people should lay off trolling Jones. Jon then kept bad mouthing DC every chance he got. I think Jon Jones is a amazingly talented martial artist but not so much a good sportsman. I wouldn't say he's a terrible person since he does help people in need and aside from his personal beefs with fighters people who know him always said he was nice.

I don't think animosity is the only way to sell a fight, but in this specific scenario it is doing an awesome job creating hype. Can't wait to see what happens because I honestly have no idea who will walk out the champ.

He still gives glory and thanks to God and all that but he’s just less polished and more real about everything now. Instead of try to hide his flaws he now acknowledges them and, seemingly, has tried to fix them. Which ironically is the more Christian thing to do.

And finally after his fight against Rashad I started rooting for him as a fighter, I officially became a fan. And, don't me wrong, I still am. But I've also become a fan of Cormier since his debut. And seeing an undefeated amazing up-and-coming Olympic level wrestler, well. Motherfucking Daniel Cormier. Going against a Jon Jones. It's exciting to see DC be the new champ and win against Jones, I want that, and I'm rooting for DC. Plus Jones is a fake douchebag, still love him as a fighter, but because he's a fake dick I'd love to see a great guy like DC beat him. Especially because I know he can beat Jones dominantly.
