Max's stand up is very superior. his angles, feints, footwork and reach will over shadow jose.

i doubt conor will ever cut down to 145 again now that he has all the big fights at 155 to cherrypick. his body has changed alot too since he fought 170,155. just watch him on tuf with uriah. hes way leaner and less muscle. now hes a buff 155er. if aldo or max wanna get conor they need to move up to 155 and take out ferguson or khabib or nate. aldo vs nate would be a draw i guess!! if aldo takes out nate i guess conor will rematch aldo at 155 for the 155 belt!!! This is the fight that determines the future of the division. Max is the face of the next-gen Mixed Martial Artist, only 25 but still leagues beyond most guys of his weight class. It will be interesting to see how their styles match up. Aldo is the GOAT anti-wrestler in MMA. There ain't a wrestler/grappler in 145 that can contend with Aldo. But man, Max brings a whole new set of problems. He is the best switch-hitter, and combination striker in MMA. Switch-hitting is the art of changing stances between combinations, and Max does that better than anyone. Max's constant switch-hitting and combinations may take away Aldo's counters. But man, Aldo is so fucking good. His counters are vicious and he has such insane timing, especially on those legkicks. Plus, his grappling. Hype train, baby!
