51dodoc bruh it was short notice for an opponent change is all. We found out Nov 11 about Aldo fighting. Which means he signed a contract the day prior at the very least. He had plenty of time to be cutting weight. Fighters don't start cutting weight more than 2 weeks out... Aldo was already training in general just not for a specific opponent, so it's not like he was at out of camp weight. It's been 17 days.. he should be very close like Max is to 145.

Also everything I've read online states otherwise of what MMA fighters do. 2 weeks is plenty of time. Honestly these muscles seem pretty natural, and he didn't physically change a lot these last years. Esp. if you compare to Overroid when he was competing in K1. I believe Ngannou is clean. Overreem might be clean now, but his muscles show it hasn't always been the case

Rahis Qureshi hard work can only take you so far buddy , even with great genetics there is a limit to it , ive been body building for around 4 years or so . A person on or off roids is not hard to tell at this point , and there are many dudes way bigger than me that are natural, so I dont just go around calling people who are larger ,on roids. It is easier for a guy who is lets say 5'6 - 5'8 to look pretty fucking ripped even if he isnt that huge ,due to the fact that everything is very compact and on a 5'8 body , 16 inch arms look massive , especially if they are shredded 16 inch arms , but for a guy who is 6'4 achieving that look is extremely difficult, if not impossible due to the length of their limbs etc etc . You can look it up . And yes for people with darker skin its much easier to get a ripped look since everything is way more defined , but again for a guy at his height , with that musculature, I doubt he is natural. He looks close to what ovareem did back when he was on roids ,so that sort of tells you something
