Henry retired coz he was happy with his career at the time and coz it was a negotiating tactic to see if he could get more money (he didn't). Khabib's situation required him to stay true to his word otherwise he would be breaking the promise he made to his mother. Henry's is completely his own choice if he wants to comeback and chase even higher levels of greatness by potentially winning a 3rd title, which is very respectable. Doesn't make him less of a man for doing that at all
