After Joe brings it up and she says “I am the best.” and then smiles so intensely after the tears is probably one of the most wholesome moments I’ve ever seen in UFC. One of my favorites now, this event was spectacular.

The craziness of the first two fights that both ended in an injury didn't stop me from enjoying the Pay-Per-View or make me feel in any way shape or form like I got robbed you had two fights didn't count and then Rose knocks this chick out in what a minute and I can't even say I didn't get my money's worth I feel like any other card if something like that happened I feel like cheated out of my money or something but oh my God this was the best 70 bucks I ever spent on a UFC pay-per-view it was the best night

With the way her and her coach are handling it, it doesn't look good for them in the inevitable rematch. If they refuse to learn lessons from this and chalk it up to Zhang losing her focus because of the location and crowd booing her (strange it didn't affect Usman), she'll never beat Rose and end up as a gatekeeper which no fighter wants to be. Zhang should honestly fight Joanna again before rematching Rose anyway.

Someone like Rose wearing her heart out on her sleeves, trembling and still finding the courage overcome her anxiety, I love that someone with Roses stature can prove that technique is king, and I love that a woman like Rose is celebrated, and with 20,000 fans in attendance she receives a standing ovation for reminding us of what we already know when she exclaimed “I am the best!”

Dunno how UFC makes almost every weight category have likeable fighters both men and women can enjoy and root for. Compared to boxing where everything feels 100% about the promoters and scripted build up I think it has a major edge (but dana should double the wages of most of the fighters lol)
