That was sad went out the same way as mike Tyson knocked out or down and just said I'm done. He should hang them up he's gave us 2 decades of fights. Amazing fights. You can tell Diaz wasn't there before he got in the cage mentally he wasn't. Its crazy people say he sucks judging this fight and not looking at the amazing fighter he was for the longest time especially when he had the strikeforce belt while George's was holding people down nick was beating them down.

All respect to Lawler, can tell right away Lawler was holding back and made it a sparr, no point of getting this revenge ko everyone was expecting & for Lawler to ask "you good in life?" what a humble guy

Exactly, no one believes me when I tell them that Robbie was just sparring the entire time. Every no and then he threw a hard punch just to show the realism but yeh he was holding back.

I don't agree Robbie was just sparring, Nick was competitive especially in the first round where he made Robbie resort to his bobbing and weaving that cost him his previous fights. Robbie was just in far better shape physically and mentally to fight.

Volk vs Ortega was easily best fight of 2021 so far, Volk really did earn my respect wiggling free from those 2 tight submissions. Hoping Colby Usman 2 is the FOTY but If not this is good for me.

@Arran McEvoy Everything points to Usman. He won the last encounter. He's fought 3 times since. Colby's fought once. You can *see* how Usman has improved under Wittman...his jab destroyed Burns, he knocked out Masvidal for only 2nd time in a long career.
