That’s entirely attainable naturally with good genetics. If he was that ripped at 5’7” like 195-210 lbs that’s an entirely different story.

Not really. The dumbest thing Izzy could have done is try and delay a Pereira fight as that only benefits Pereira. Remember he only has 7 pro MMA fights and the best strategy is to get him as early as he can.

Adesanya has looked uncomfortable in every face off he's had with Pereira. He's very fidgety and restless, keeps looking away when Pereira is staring him down unblinkingly, and other nervous behaviors like licking his lips. He's been the first to look away at the end of the face off, every time. Maybe none of that will mean anything tomorrow night when they fight, but if I bet on Adesanya I'd start feeling nervous right about now.

Not an expert, just my opinion, but Izzy looks a bit off, I don't know if he's trying to hide something but he walked a bit labored stepping on the stage for the weigh in.

Not saying anything about confidence, just his physical signs, and It could well be nothing, just caught my eye the way he moved on the official weigh in, not the ceremonial.
Idk man its just that this one hits different..I think this will be and end of Izzy era..Alex looks like he is ready to kill man he is so damn huge and powerful..Maybe im wrong but i jist hope fight doesnt dissapoint! May better man wins!!

I'm not trying to discredit Alex or anything he's done, but he's just a sh*t ton slower. You can see it in his fights. He makes up for it mostly with his power, but it's still not to be ignored. I see he's going to miss a lot trying to hit Izzy with all the footwork, stance switches, angles, and also feints from different angles. This will result in Alex being heavily countered and possibly dropped or finished. You can go look back on the Bruno fight and see that committed strikes landed on Peiera, and although he seems to have a good chin, all it takes is one from either guy. He also leaves himself quite open, but people don't take risks and try to land on him because of his counter-left hook from the 9 levels of hell. Izzy exploited this and was standing and banging with him, and he nearly finished Alex, but harder hitters are always favored in inside fighting and got sent to the shadow realm.

@@doopie1746 People dont comprehend how much different MMA striking is in general.... The size of the cage, gloves, time limit and pace are completely different to KB and Alex hasn't spent alot of time in that space compared to Izzy but he does seem to be a fast learner based on how late he started KB.
