The most important thing for a sport is how well and fluently the game flows throughout the match and not how high the score is at the end of the game. And NFL as a sport with an average playtime of 4 seconds probably has the worst type of "flow" of all sports there is. Typical american sports that has a lot of points most of the games with bad fluent gameplay.

Tell me your a casual without telling me lol. You buy in to his theory but reality is there are advantages and disadvantages of cutting less and cutting more. Cutting less you get more cardio and stronger chin seeing as best hydrated brain can take more damage. And disadvantage is obviously you are smaller but you can cover this with great wrestling background and being a more technical striker exactly like Colby is. A Colby at 155 would get absolutely demolished though cause he has pillow hands and with a worse cardio and weaker chin. Thats why fighters adapt to whatever weight they adapt the best but there is never a bigger advantage unless its natural.
