10:52 here’s the problem. Which of course Sean knows: Chito’s teammate he was training with earned a TKO 70 days earlier that started with a foot drop. So for something astronomical, sure as hell seems like the team was drilling it heavily. The nerve doesn’t affect ground defense. So, at best chito put Sean to sleep pretty quickly on top. I guess just hope he doesn’t get to that position then

1:42 As Sean rolls around like he's in agonizing pain, keep in mind that there's no pain associated with peroneal nerve damage. Keep in mind that following the fight, Sean even went on to say multiple times that it didn't hurt at all and it was just numb and he lost feeling. So he can only be rolling around moaning because he's acting and trying to blame it on his ankle. Like his ankle had anything at all to do with him having a good guard and preventing Chito from bouncing his head off of the canvas.

I don’t get the confusion here. The fight wasn’t stopped due to a limp leg it was stopped due to ground strikes. He finished him and O’Malley needs to stop complaining about it and making excuses.

When Sean went to the UFC office he said they told him 570k and Aljo didn't correct him. He just said that he made more other fights, like Oliveira v Islam and Volk v Yair. He did say that it did better than him v Henry so the 570k sounds legit as it's not even a good number. Aljo is just hating because he knows Sean said he wants to be a PPV star and is salty.

It’s still a big name from out of the promotion, with a great matchup as his first fight. What people don't know is that luck favors the greats

I see so many people clowning on Sean for saying, it's not a skill for skill loss, but is he wrong though? He is saying he legitimately lost on paper, but would not have lost, if it wasn't from the nerve damage and that Chito just got lucky with his kick. I think it's hard to argue against that. If you look at the kick, Chito definitely never intended to hit him like that. This is like someone defends a strike against the head with the shoulder and you somehow make his whole arm go numb from the strike. You failed to strike you target in the intended way, but somehow your strike was made super effective because of the defense. Chito hasn't done anything like this since and won't do it ever again, because he simply got extraordinarily lucky that night...
