1 piece of advice i would give you to minimize the chance of it coming back is to fast regularly As in refrain from eating any food from sunrise to sunset (kinda like how muzlems do with ramadan) Do it regularly but not everyday

The ufc are doing so fucking good lately with all this sort of content, and the sheer volume of golden content too, but did anyone else think the music on this was terrible? And in general it was kind of really weirdly out together, but mostly in terms of sound. And the pace is kind of weird too maybe? Idk maybe it’s just me Not complaining tho, the ufc are treating us sooooo good with all this daily KZread content. So grateful

The thing people need to remember is she has wrestled her whole life so her wrestling experience will always be the highest level but she didn't do any sort of striking until she got into MMA. Now that she has been in MMA for a few years her striking experience and ju jitsu experience is slowly catching up to her wrestling.

It always seem to be easier for grapplers to learn striking than it is for strikers to learn grappling

I'm actually surprised her older brother isnt in mma. He's the guy in the red shirt in the video. We wrestled together in high school. Dude is a monster! I'm not surprised shes this good. I've seen her make boys cry at freestyle tournaments since she was like 8. Lol.

@@richardblack1588 Karolina wasn't ranked 5 and has been getting her ass handed to her for a few fights now. She has no technical game. She is just durable and tough as nails. SUAREZ has handled a clear Too 5 opponent in Carla like it was nothing. She mauled her and fast. My point is she doesn't deserve the shot...SUAREZ is putting in work and she is gonna drag Nina as well. For me to say Suarez will last a long time, I need to see her against top strikers like Joanna or Rose who has great footwork. Rose actually has power too. A fights starts standing. Michelle isn't doing what Suarez is so sorry I don't agree that she gets to skip the line even if she gets beat up. It makes no sense. @@koubaasofien9264 Andrade will have some problems if she fights Tatiana. I've seen dude after dude try to out muscle Tatiana and it simply doesn't work. Tatiana is strong sure but her wrestling technique is off the charts and you simply can't muscle her around.

Yes, amazing dogs! I do some dog sitting on the side, and I've watched 2 of these. They were both the nicest dogs - plus no shedding. In fact, pretty much every dog I've watched that has been mixed with a poodle has been a joy to watch
