Brock Lesnar Claims Title with Dominant TKO Finish | Crowning Moment 👑

Спорт

In what would be his third career UFC fight, Brock Lesnar was set to face Randy Couture for heavyweight gold in the main event of UFC 91 back in 2008. Midway through the second round, Lesnar was able to secure the victory via knockout and reign supreme over the division.

I've always thought that if Brock skipped wwe and went straight into mma training and fighting in the ufc, he would've been one of the greats. Shockingly fast, powerful, brilliant wrestling, just more development on the striking technique and he would've been even more of a monster than he already was

Brock was an amazing athlete that is for sure but he did not like to be hit and it would freeze him up. If you go back Bas Rutten said Brock could be unstoppable but he needed to train to take a few shots. He already had the wrestling skills and the killer instinct he just lacked the ability to weather a storm. But if Brock would have started in MMA with someone like Bas Rutten or Duke Rufus instead of being rich and having his training camp at his house Brock would have been even better. But yea Brock might be considered the greatest heavyweight if he would have started in MMA instead of the path he took. But he will be remembered as one of the biggest stars in MMA history and a very good heavyweight!

Very few interested me to the point where I'd actually remember them. Lost passion I guess, but it has something to do with White filling up the roster with bunch of run-of-the-mill local talent through Contender Series and similar shows, as well as introducing UFC Apex series of events in post-covid times. UFC is no longer the same organization I enjoyed 5, 10, or even 15 years ago.

Randy was 220 and Brock cut weight to make the 265 limit so he was probably 273/274. So that short shot that put Randy down was from a 275 pound man the same difference as a a middle weight hitting a bantamweight. As you can see, Randy looked soft and not very muscular. Randy was supposed to prepare for this fight by having Shane Carwin as a training partner. Randy wanted to use Shane Carwin to emulate the size and strength of Brock Lesnar. However, shane was not available at that time, so Randy used big John McCarthy instead. Brock is and was a beast, his surgery and being sick was definitely his downfall. People saying lesnar would get killed today against top 10 are crazy. A Derrick Lewis would definitely catch him but these heavyweights would tire out fast with 290 pounds on top of them for a full rd by 2nd round he would eat them alive.

although not a great record, I loved brock! I first got to know him through ufc! I was a huge fan! He's like the Ufc's Mike Tyson! He was entertaining! He was a tremendous athlete, just a great ufc career although not long! who else could win the ufc title in their 4th ever fight! Nobody except Brock Lesnar!!!!

Why india didnt ever qualify for either FIFA or UFC? It has 18% of the world population? It's not as poor as South America and has *DEMOCRACY* ? Even Iran without the democracy and without the huge population plus it's in crisis, qualified for both...why ? Now dont deflect the topic by mentioning other sports or some CEO(since Indians always deflect the topic by mentioning this , when everyone know no Indian CEO plays for FIFA) shit.

Hi Dana! Let me go to the heavyweight super series!! I will pass it, remember my fights in Chechnya in a row with an interval of 5 minutes between rivals, here they are: There are four UFS fights in the Chechen Republic (KALEIDESCOPE, NON-BREAK IN A RING): 1. Emmanuel is the champion of this tournament 2. George St. Pierre 3. Fabrizio Werdum 4. Mark Hunt And here in the super series, I will have a whole month to rest! Give me a super series!! And I ask you to transfer the fee. Thanks.
