Randy Couture was overall oldest but he had won the title like 20 different times then lost it again then won it again through his career before his last ever record holding title win at like 44

    Agreed, and people get mad when ever someone critiques a fighters technique but this stuff is no joke having a proper punching form matters, sure a lot of fighters get away with this in the mma and kickboxing organizations and probably in other combat sports like karate combat but when it comes down to it proper form makes a huge difference look at boxing, or the Condit vs hardy KO they both exchanged left hooks and Condit won that exchange with cleaner technique.

And despite Islam's wrestling technique Chandler is skilled enough to nullify it and would use his power to get out of bad situations like he did here.

    one thing I like that Anik does, is when DC and Joe completely start to become biased towards someone, like here how Joe keeps only riding Oliveira(which I can't blame him really), Anik is like "Chandler's never been submitted", or the Izzy Whittaker 2 they kept riding Izzy and Anik would highlight what Whittaker did to counter-react to Joe and DC/Bisping

    I'm a big time Charles fanboy and rock with him always but I've found myself wondering something like that as well. I think I commented something once about wanting to see rematches with Porier and Gaethje so I can know it wasn't a fluke And of course I got some heat for it.

    This was the greatest night in Mma in this decade. Maybe in any decade. The greatest fight The Greatest post fight celebration with Charles running into the crowd and bawling when he got the belt. The championship coronation marking the end of the long term story of Charles's up and down career and the beginning of his Championship reign It's one of the greatest stories ever One that should have lasted longer but was taken from us. But gotta be grateful it happened either way I guess.
