Others have said it but seeing how they interview people from all over the world, they need to learn how to ask straight forward questions in concise English. They ask questions in such a long winded, round about way that it is impossible for non-native speakers who are still learning to understand what they are saying. This is a skill but they need to train their interviewers or get people who are comfortable working internationally and who know what kind of English is needed. Really anyone with a year of international business experience should be able to do this...

Jiri has a huge heart and even exposes his tactics to give a genuine answer. For example, when he gave the answer of what he will weigh on fight night, now Glover if he wants to press wrestling, can fill back up a bit heavier and try to win the takedown war. But the point is, Jiri is so genuine, this is someone i want to see win.

I think this guy has the persona of an Apex Predator and the eyes of a killer and I don't mean that in a negative way because his spirit and philosophy on life keeps the beast in check and keeps him hyper aware. What is crazy is for me is that I came to this conclusion before I finished watching the video and then he says the same thing in his own words during the course of the interview. I am officially fan now, I don't consider myself someone who can read people very well so this speaks significantly to the genuine nature and transparency of the man and his character. His take on the challenge ahead in Glover is spot on in my opinion, we will see if he is ready on fight night. I think he can do it but he must manage distance and the in fighting of Glover. Looking forward to the fight!! Best of luck to both guys!!
