Those were great words on the mic. The Mexican crowd shows nationalist arrogance and baseless pride comes in all nationalities. One’s character is more important than where you’re born. Nelson outstruck him in round 2 and 3, he had good defense. In sum Nelson outstruck padilla in significant head, body and leg strikes. Padilla looked very awkward in R2&3. Nelson clearly won that fight.

I noticed in the Cortez-Jasudavicius bout, two of the judges made it 30-27 Cortez. Pretty ridiculous given how lopsided R2 was in favour of her opponent but this stuff isn't new. Figured maybe b/c it was a close early prelim & they didn't want the fans to start trouble. I was very surprised to see a 30-27 against a Mexican though. R1 was fairly close and despite landing with higher consistency and doing some damage with calf kicks, Kyle spent most of the round on the back foot.

Kyle definitely lost but i loved his message
