That was one of GSPs most exciting fights. I remember fans saying all his fights were boring because he couldn't finish. Then he moves up and delivers that performance. So good.

How quick GSP jumped on the finish. The way he tosses bisping over then takes his back then secures the choke was the most masterful middle weight submission finish in a championship fight

The best UFC event of all time

The contrast in GSP winning the MW title in impressive fashion and Johnny Hendricks getting destoyed by a contender now that USADA was testing fighters was very pleasing as GSP fan after all that talking Hendricks did.

UFC 217 is in the top five best cards of all time

This card was phenomenal,the last 3 fights were jaw dropping

My first and still one of my favourite ufc events I ever watched. Been a fan of the UfC ever since.

I could not believe that after being out for 4 years, GSP looked the best he'd ever looked that night! I mean other than Bisping cutting him from the bottom, GSP was in control of the entire fight.

GSP was gassing which is unusual, I think the new weight and his digestive sickness was dragging on him. He really NEEDED that finish. Such a good fight.

Bisbing really was a great fighter. GSP is just a Legend. Maybe top 5 fights of all time. Possibly even top 3

I saw mma and what not before this but I wasn’t even a casual fan, but I saw Michael on the breakfast club and immediately started watching everything on him and GSP and the full card on KZread. This was my first time watching a full UFC card and I had a really good time. Been a fan every since.

that Costa vs Hendricks fight was so funny, first time I watched I couldn't stop laughing while also felt sorry for Hendricks, it looked like a ballooned up high school athlete was bullying a school teacher

Some champ GSP was at middleweight, didnt even defend once.

My favorite part is when Bisping actually fought a middleweight contender 3 weeks later and lost via KO. Meaning, had he fought Kelvin instead of GSP, or ANY OTHER MW, Kelvin would have been the middleweight champion. Chances of that happening now are zero. Its all about timing.

Such a great card. I'm not sure I would've reminded us of this if I was the UFC... Kind of seems like the upcoming card is a major downgrade.
