    Yea I remember watching this live at a twin peaks with all the homies. The place was packed and loud soon as Machida dropped the place went silent 🤫 . We couldn't stop talking about it on the way home how scary It was.

    It's still so incredible to me how many times OSP pulled off the von flue choke. He pulled it off 4 times in the UFC, whereas the man who popularized the submission, Jason Von Flue, has only pulled it off twice in pro MMA. Just wow

At the time Shogun was ranked as the p4p best LHW in MMA, Dude was a straight killer in Pride, Everybody thought they was sending Forrest in there to die lmao truly one of the greatest upsets of the time, Plus seeing Forrest go on to beat Rampage for the title afterwards was the moment that 100 percent hooked me into MMA, Watched every fight card since.
