At the time Shogun was ranked as the p4p best LHW in MMA, Dude was a straight killer in Pride, Everybody thought they was sending Forrest in there to die lmao truly one of the greatest upsets of the time, Plus seeing Forrest go on to beat Rampage for the title afterwards was the moment that 100 percent hooked me into MMA, Watched every fight card since.

It's his whole game basically, he's the LHW Ryan Hall. He tries to strike, either gets knocked down or some awkward takedown, then reverts to BJJ to catch guys when they get over-eager to try and finish him on the ground.

Paul Craig has insane submission skills. Obviously striking is not great, but to be able to throw that submission as beaten and tired as he was (and as quickly as he did too) shows just the insane skill level!
