@@otterno.1128 a lot of times he gets beat up and loses the the first half of the fight. His opponents gas out trying to finish him because he’s so damn tough and he turns it around and finishes them. It’s beautiful to watch especially when you can actually see the tide turn and the momentum shift. Like in the Minner fight Minner dominated the first round and the start of the second round, about the middle of the second he’s on top beating Elkins up, Elkins sweeps or scrambles on top and from there on he smashes him until he gets the finish. Also Phil Rowe should be on this list. He has two nasty finishes in the Apex.

Cheyanne soccer kicked the head of a grounded opponent... Her rear hand was still on the ground when that kick landed, should have been an instant DQ. Not to mention the ref letting the pounding go on afterwards when she was clearly cooked and reacting on instinct only.

I know these are highlights for the athletes but I really like how Herb isn’t afraid to step into the middle of a awaken beast to put a needed end to some of these fights. Well done and much respect!

Impressed the most by the quality of the refs stops. Started watching the UFC from ufc 1 on vhs.

@7:50 It's always great to see a UFC fight end with a spinebuster or powerbomb. It's interesting to see these fights without the crowd noise. It seems like the referees are able to make quicker decisions about KOs and TKOs as a result, and fighters are more aware when they've KO'd someone and thus don't need to dive on them in an attempt to finish. I'm guessing because everyone can hear the hits more clearly, and the fighters can hear the referee call for them to stop.
