I still have not heard Cat say anything that makes me think she is going to win. She says all the same BS as everyone else when asked why she will win: "I have a strong mind, I am determined, I know I am the better fighter" etc. Those are not reasons why you are better, they are things that every fighter feels. On the conference call Ronda kept saying as if it was fact, that she was going to win and Cat barely said anything in her own defence, like she had resigned to losing. What we know about Rhonda is if you fight her expecting to win, you will lose. Every fighter goes in expecting they are the only one that really really wants to win then they get floored when Kat is asked how she will defend against the arm bar she says "how will Rhonda defend against me punching her in the face?" Well Rhonda has proven time after time she will defend against punches by putting you in an arm bar so the question still remains unanswered. My whole point is Cat does not inspire any confidence. This is DC vs Jones equivilant

While the fact that both have very good MMA records and all that brings a lot of hype this isnt the equivalent of dc jones. The build up to that match was awesome. This is just 2 chicks saying the same shit all over again with one of them being a little bit more confident.

evianGOWlover For me it doesnt matter. I was more responding to the comparison of jones dc. I dont really care about them having to trash talk perfectly or w/e. I will still be very interested in the fight regardless of the build up. It's not like WWE where if they have a bad build-up to a match you kinda get down on the whole thing ( triple h vs sting for exmaple build-up atm is horrible ). But in MMA if I hear the undefetead champion going against an undefetead #1 contender. I'm sure as hell interested in seeing the fight.

Diavolo222 Yes exactly my point their records speak for themselves and that's just a dumb question now that I think about it. "How are you going to defend the arm bar?" "Well let me lay out this mat and show you step by step make sure its all on video!" This fight isn't like Jones DC besides the fact that they're both undefeated don't know why they made that comparison.

These embedded series are one of the best things about UFC. Just love watching these. All done in a very natural, not pushing in my face way which i appreciate a lot. And they are high quality documentaries. Probably the best documentaries of this kind of any sport. The fight night will be a thing to remember for sure. Both the main and co-main event. And the guys will rise to the occasion too, i suspect. :) Go girls! Rock the world!

Jones dominated a bunch of guys half his size and then goes "I'm the GOAT!" After beating middleweights he got busted as fuck by Gust and then went on how malicious things he's gonna do to DC which meant outscore a smaller guy for 5 rounds. Fuck Jon Jones.

I hope I'm wrong, I want to see a competitive title fight. Rousey does leave her chin out at the start when she comes charging in so you never know... but Rousey SHOULD win easily.

I think a lot of people model themselves after her but have no idea what it is that makes her so awesome. It's not her mean mugging and cocky stance that makes her compelling, it's her mindset and vulnerability when she wants to be open and her overwhelming confidence when she feels its necessary to avoid showing weakness to the wrong people. She's so smart but she doesn't talk down to people, she always seems very grounded and honest with everybody. So being bad ass doesn't always mean you have

I've noticed Cat's weakest point is always the first round then she comes around and just dominates. She can't do that with Rousey because Rousey's first round is where she is the most dominating. ***** The article I read that mentioned her car said the UFC bought it for her so cost wasn't a factor. She also has a Range Rover. Miesha said in an interview that the UFC bought her (Miesha) a Range Rover for coaching TUF and Ronda also has one so my guess is that the UFC paid for Ronda's Range Rover as well. So basically, as far as I can tell, the UFC bought Ronda 2 cars that were probably over $100k each after all the extras were put in. To quote my grandmama 'that girl be ballin'.

The only way Cat is ever going to break Ronda's will is if she stuffs every single takedown including judo (which will be impossible if she grapples with Ronda.) If Cat pulls off being defensive of that Ronda will break. Ronda's only hope is her Judo. If Cat keeps it on the feet I can see Cat winning.
