Same man I thought the same even though last year had less boring fights and less bad decisions I still believe this is one of the best years in MMA so many pivotal moments for the sport and also this year's best fights are better than last year's best fights.

Before his back was on the cage he wasn’t fine. Alex only landed one shot when Izzy was moving side to side. Still a good stoppage because one solid shot would have been a KO

UFC 281 was bigger in magnitude, I'm very blessed I attended UFC Paris, the vibe there was insane, but the best card has to be London, lots of (very good) finishes and an insane atmosphere

Best event of the year was UFC London with UFC Paris a very close second. The crowds there made those cards because all the cards had great fights and finishes but they didn't have the crowd's energy level through the whole card like London and Paris.

UFC AUSTIN 🔥🔥🔥 Most violent fight card this year. Underrated.

2022 is what got me into the ufc.. cant wait to see more fighters

The non-title events were the most underrated part of the UFC's year. First a super entertaining event at UFC London with a hyped crowd, then a marathon of finishes at UFC Austin, followed by an insane and surprisingly good Apex event with Santos vs. Hill. Not even a month later we get a fight of the year contender at UFC Paris, then the year is capped off for another banger event at UFC Orlando. What a great time to be a UFC fan.

That Tuivasa Gane fight has got to win some type of award. Much more entertaining than the Alex Pereira-Izzy fight

Greatest fight year as a whole there has been. On to many more!

UFC 281 was one of the top 10 best events ever happened!! Edgar KOed in final match, Dustin and Mike going berserk, Pereira continuing to Haunt Izzy with that crazy comeback win! It couldn't get any better!!

So much respect for gane and Tai they put on a hell of a fight

Chandler and Perrier was a slugfest massacre. Went back and forth a couple of times. My favorite fight of the year.

For me it was ufc paris that crowd was nuts, u can feel the energy coming off the tv, imagine being there…

This year was amazing to be a MMA fan.

I was at UFC Orlando...and for some reason, it is being slept on. Especially odd when considering the fact that recency bias is a real thing. But aside from that, it was truly an incredible evening of fights. Darren Elkins licking blood off his own face and hyping the crowd after the doc came in to check his cuts in the 3rd...Roman Dolidze with the sick leg lock rear mount G&P finish of Hermansson...Matheus Nicolau wielding an imaginary sword after finishing Matt Schnell...RDA choking Bryan Barbarena...Sergei Pavlovich making quick work of Tuivasa...Holland and Thompson refusing to go to the ground and both breaking a hand... It was 🔥🔥🔥 couldn't have asked for a more exciting night of action for my first time attending a live UFC event.

Lemos sub vs Gomez was great Leech knocking out Salikhov Schnell vs Su, fight of the year contender, round of the year contender, and DEFINITELY comeback of the year Hurricane Shane vs Air Jourdain, round (3) of the year contender Plus every fight on the prelim was a banger

These videos don't present the drama, or atmsophere well at all. The reason why UFC Paris and London 1 were clearly the stand out cards of the year were that the feeling was electric and kept building constantly the 7 hours of fights on both nights. Sure there have been more stacked cards on paper, but being in an audience that lively is something truly unique

There have been many Izzy cards but nothing tops UFC 281. The energy was different looking forward to the rematch

We saw a lot of incredible fight night cards this year like UFC Paris and Hill vs Santos but UFC London is the greatest fight night card ever and it could compete with PPVs... It's clear that the best PPV this year is UFC 281 due to finishing rate and fight quality but UFC 275 is the clear runner up that main card could not have been any better.

Event of the year is for sure has to go to rocky Leon Edward's. I been cheering this man knnsince day one. I think wonderboy deserves a fight with rocky. Rocky vs wonderboy Usman deserves a well needed rest after his domination in that class but. Usman definitely deserves a rematch though. But I wanna see wonderboy vs rocky first
