Another fixed fight by the UFC!!! That was clearly an early stoppage in the main event by paid off Mark Goddard, And the fact that they showed a side-by-side comparison from O’Malley’s “knockout” on Aljo, to Connors against Jose Aldo is just icing on the cake, and in the post fight press conference Aljo literally said,”It’s like a WWE thing.”I’m telling you people who love MMA and the UFC and you sports bet they are literally rigging the fights they are having, so more people lose bets on stupid sports analyst and media tryna throw off the sports betters. There is a reason the UFC made it illegal for their own fighters to bet on fights it’s because they know some of the fights are fixed so they can make a “storyline”… Wake up MMA fans the UFC is not “real sports” but listed under entertainment sad to see the UFC is going down the WWE route so they can make money off the people who don’t know it’s fixed….🙄🙄 Btw not a fan of any person or fighter on planet earth, I’m a fan of God and what the UFC is clearly doing with their fights, rigging it like that is illegal and evil ASF!!

Yeah Aljo's a genuinely good guy you can see it when he's not in fight mode, like on Joe's podcast and other things. He bought into the heel role because he didn't have a choice. @Thatthar899And so has GSP, DJ, Anderson Silva, Stipe Miocic, DC, Jose Aldo, Connor McGregor etc getting knocked out is apart of the sport. No one is untouchable Sean will get knocked out somewhere down his career and the same will happen to the next champion. The good thing is Aljo has dealt with a knockout loss before so the loss against Sean wont affect him as much as you think. Aljo is still in his prime so like he said, don't be surprised when you see him fighting for UFC gold again, because Aljo is getting a rematch whether its immediate or not, its inevitable.

Truly inspiring to witness a real and humble champion handling their loss with such grace and sportsmanship. It takes tremendous character to accept defeat with dignity and to acknowledge the efforts of their opponent. This individual embodies the true essence of what it means to be a champion, showing us that winning is not solely defined by victories, but by the way we conduct ourselves both in victory and in defeat. Their resilience, humility, and unwavering spirit serve as a powerful reminder that true champions are not defined by their wins alone, but by the way they handle setbacks. Admirable in every sense, they have earned the respect and admiration of fans and competitors alike. Aljo is such a humble guy. If you heard about his past family life, you really can’t hate the guy. He’s worked so hard and now he’s regarded as one of the best. He made the pound for pound list. Great Champion and fighter

To 'hate' anybody, regardless of who it is shows the real character of somebody. Nobody knows anybody's background.. live a day in their shoes, then maybe you can qualify to 'hate' somebody.

@@GloriousVibe nobody knows the ins and outs of the mans character except those around him, this includes you. For many, it's the way in which you win that says a lot more than you simply getting the W. Beginning with the "oscar" win and his string of controversial wins, it always felt cheap. Everyone has an opinion, I gave mine, deal w it

@davidkim2016 We all show our truest selfs in times of adversity and failure, and Aljo has remained genuine and humble through a fair defeat. Lesser people would make excuses and complain and possibly even insult their opponent and call them "lucky." Luke Rockhold is a perfect example of the former.

It wasn't early stopage , wavin ur hand in the air isn't defense. He gets for how he acted after yan 1st, first the Oscar level acting that he doesn't wanna win belt like that, then on social media doing complete 180 , then acting like a clown , poor title defence like both his title defence was super close and would have gone either way , and he wasn't able to submit one arm tj either ( was acting so cocky after winning that match) . He is a great fighter no doubt but he is super cringe that's why he gets so much hate. Now he got humbled and hopefully act better

I wanted Sean to win, and I'm so happy he did but I have nothing bad to say about Aljo right now. I wasn't a fan after what he pulled in the first Yan fight but since then he's beaten everyone they put in front of him and I won't lie he kind of grew on me over time, but nothing garners respect like handling a defeat with class as he did here. Sean gave him his respect in the build up and it's cool to see him reciprocate it.
