If anyone out there thought Max was overhyped over the years they have to eat their words after UFC 300. He def cemented his place in history and solidified his legacy that night. Guaranteed hall of fame material.
This is probably the most legendary moment ive witnessed live. I was hopping around like an excited kid yelling wtf just happened. This shit going down in history as one of the most iconic wins in UFC history.

The broken nose was legit, the nasty 2 eyepokes were unfortunate. Broken nose messes your eyes up (I’ve broken mine 3x) and then to get eye DEEP eye pokes immediately, Max should keep them hands shut cause that was mad lame. The KO was solid and he did a good job, but the eye pokes irritated me. Definitely helped.

He was clearly winning the fight and he decided to throw down with Justin at the end to give Justin a chance at a finish, which Justin needed to win cause he was down bad. Instead max knocked out Justin cold my man that’s insane

Only card that comes to mind was one of the first UFC ESPN events, the one with Brazilians in almost every fight, but that's literally the only card that was on par with 300.
I think Max eclipsed that ultra instinct moment with this one 😮
