After rewatching this now it definitely doesn’t seem as bad as it originally was. However, ref should have called it. But regardless Ruziboev was having his way and dominating. All Dumas showed was a great chin.

That was a "Bones-level" eye poke, brush fingers of right hand across Dumas' left eye to set up the direct poke into his right eye.
