It's interesting seeing how the Japanese were pretty strong in the beginning, then we saw a lil wave of strong Korean fighters like the Zombie & Kim, now we're seeing the new wave of Chinese fighters. I would love to see how Thailand kick boxers fare in the UFC in the future as well

Thai fighters stay in Thailand to fight Muay Thai because that’s where the money is. Perhaps in the next generation but Muay Thai fighters in their prime rn won’t last much longer and would need to practice their ground game. A new and younger gen needs to come in for Thai fighters in the UFC imo

He got great timing on his overhand right. Most of these finishes are from timing that overhand to perfection.

Ancient times had *Bodhidharma* who was an Indian monk who walked all the way to China and taught the Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu in the buddhist era. He is even worshipped in Japan, called Daruma. It was Bodhidharma who formed Zen buddhism... Then we had *The Great Gama* probably the greatest wrestler the world has ever seen. 52 years undefeated as a wrestler. Travelled the world and challenged all worlds wrestler and never lost. Funny because in England, he was refused to wrestle because he was "too short", but then when he got to wrestle, he killed his opponent. Bruce Lee even studied *The Great Gama* Modern MMA, we had Kultar Gill, a decent fighter. MMA is just new, eventually, we will have Indian fighters too! I think someone should recruit homeless indian kids, like the thai people do.

He takes opponents out in a minute and a half. Sometimes, he even does it in 90 seconds.

He’s got great power and speed, good timing. But seems like he will have a hard time against a good fighter with reach advantage.

Bruh.. Ive never been on a bandwagon of a fighter who doesnt speak English. Which is not fair but just how it is.. But yet thats changed majorly in 2021. After his fight vs my all time favorite fighter/madman/ baseball player/ parkour legend/ tiramisu connoisseur/mcnugget guzzling- tony Ferguson- Charles Oliveira got over on me because regardless what human says, if you are capable of absolutely dominating every ounce of a fight vs tony ferguson, your now then the new boogy man. 2022 i was then forced to jump on the song wagon. Commentary guys call anybody who fights in the ufc a savage but thats simply inaccurate. Casuals would be suprised at how little the percent of ufc fighters are actual savages. Yadong is 24 and was just "beat" by the #4 ranked dude on the planet because he got cut so bad but wierdly theyve called it by tko when in reality the doctor stopped it which is a doctor stoppage. Song was tied 2-2 with sandhagen going into the 5th. Listen, this kid will be the first Chinese champion in the ufc. To do what he did vs sandhagen at 24 yrs old is loco...and the kid couldnt have a more beneficial team around him where they are predominantly fighters 155lbs and below
